Managing Staff Issues. Round Table Discussion and Brunch

In collaboration with the Business Support Centre in St. George’s, Alice Thomas-Roberts will host A Brunch and Round table Preview (opens in a new window)discussion for Managers and Human Resource Managers to network on issues which affect the environment of their workplace and consequently the productivity of their staff.

Subtopics include: Negativity in the workplace, Lateness, Tardiness and Absenteeism, Lack of motivation, The Overly Emotional Employee, Negative chatter and Gossip, Handling Employees who blame others and deny responsibility, inspiring Teamwork, Building a Positive Company Culture and more.
