SUMMARY:CTO BPED Module 3 - Strategy and Leadership for Organisational Excellence
DESCRIPTION:Hospitality Assured Business Advisor with the Caribbean Tourism Organisation\, Alice Thomas-Roberts will host Module 3 of the CTO’s Business and Professional Excellence Development series in two online sessions on 16th and 18th September\, from 10:00 a.m – 12:00 Noon. \nThese two sessions will focus on The Role of Leadership\,  Strategic Planning and Management\, Enhancing Corporate Social Responsibility\, and Monitoring and Evaluation. \nThe BPED Series is designed to strengthen the international competitiveness of Grenada’s Tourism businesses by ensuring that managers will understand and value the process of strategic planning\, will appreciate the role of leadership in encouraging and promoting  high standards of service performance and a culture of excellence\, be able to identify approaches to enhancing corporate social responsibility\, be able to design and ensure governance and quality management systems are in place for emergency\, environmental\, and business continuity plans\, and be able to outline a balanced framework of objectives linked to action priorities. \nStaff in attendance should preferably be at middle and senior level management who are in positions to provide guidance to employees in their organisations. \nCost per module is EC $100 per person. This will cover the two sessions of the module. All participants are expected to be actively involved.
