SUMMARY:CTO BPED Module 4 - Operations Management for “Sticky” Customers
DESCRIPTION:Hospitality Assured Business Advisor with the Caribbean Tourism Organisation\, Alice Thomas-Roberts will host Module 4 of the CTO’s Business and Professional Excellence Development series in two online sessions on 23rd and 25th September\, from 10:00 a.m – 12:00 Noon. \nThese two sessions will focus on Duties and Tasks\, Maintaining Quality Through Employees\, The Ps of Design – Plans\, Policies and Procedures\, The Value Chain\, and Compliance. \nAfter participating in this module\, participants will be able to identify the roles and responsibilities\, behaviours\, and skills to meet business standards and customer expectations\, will be able to develop\, and implement standard operating procedures and standards of performance (if these don’t yet exist in their businesses)\, will be able to establish operational plans\, outlining relevant stages in the product and service delivery\, will be able to monitor and manage supply chain partners and other relationships\, sensitize and engage staff to provide product and service levels to the Brand promise and customer expectations\, and assess and manage adherence to existing legal\, health and safety\, and environmental regulations. \nStaff in attendance should preferably be at middle and senior management levels in positions of influence able to provide guidance to employees and lead by example. \nCost per module is EC $100 per person. This will cover the two sessions of the module. All participants are expected to be actively involved.
