DESCRIPTION:Alice Thomas-Roberts will host a one day workshop titled Protocol for Event Organisers and Workers © on Saturday 8th March\, 2025 from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. This will involve a full day of information and practical sessions. \nThis workshop is for those who organise or work at official events to which Government dignitaries\, diplomats\, senior company executives and representatives of organisations are expected to be in attendance. Sessions will include Mastering Introductions\, Programme Planning\, Preparing formal Invitations\, Understanding Precedence for seating and addressing audiences\, Preparing Seating Plans\,  Preparing and working with your team such as Ushers\, Masters of Ceremonies and other workers\, and other necessary “dos and don’ts”. It will be a day packed with information\, practical exercises\, simulated events and group work. \nParticipants will leave this workshop feeling more confident of their roles as Event organisers and Workers. \nThe cost for this workshop is EC $360 per person. Includes morning break\, lunch and certificate of participation. An early bird discount of EC $40 is applicable for interested persons who pay by 28th February 2025. \nParticipants from overseas are expected to be responsible for their own accommodation and meals (except for morning coffee and lunch on the day of the workshop). Airport transfers will be complimentary once ETAs are received two days before the event.
