Hospitality Assured Business Advisor with the Caribbean Tourism Organisation, Alice Thomas-Roberts will host Module 3 of the CTO’s Business and Professional Excellence Development series in two online sessions on 16th and 18th September, from 10:00 a.m – 12:00 Noon.

These two sessions will focus on The Role of Leadership,  Strategic Planning and Management, Enhancing Corporate Social Responsibility, and Monitoring and Evaluation.

The BPED Series is designed to strengthen the international competitiveness of Grenada’s Tourism businesses by ensuring that managers will understand and value the process of strategic planning, will appreciate the role of leadership in encouraging and promoting  high standards of service performance and a culture of excellence, be able to identify approaches to enhancing corporate social responsibility, be able to design and ensure governance and quality management systems are in place for emergency, environmental, and business continuity plans, and be able to outline a balanced framework of objectives linked to action priorities.

Staff in attendance should preferably be at middle and senior level management who are in positions to provide guidance to employees in their organisations.

Cost per module is EC $100 per person. This will cover the two sessions of the module. All participants are expected to be actively involved. Certificates of Participation will be issued to those attending both sessions.

Interested businesses/ individuals must register their participants to receive information on payment options and the access link to the online session. Registering for this second session of module 3, automatically registers you for the first session.
