
CTO BPED Module 5, Session 2 – Elevating Business Performance: Resource Efficiency Pathways

Hospitality Assured Business Advisor with the Caribbean Tourism Organisation, Alice Thomas-Roberts will host Session 2 of Module 5 of the CTO’s Business and Professional Excellence Development series on 25th September, from 3:00 p.m – 5:00 p.m.
These two sessions will focus on Resource Planning and Management, Resource Maintenance, Knowledge Management, and Emerging Technologies in Tourism.
After participating in this module, participants will be able to outline procedures for identifying resource requirements to meet peak and normal business demand, allocate forecasted resources to deliver to the brand promise, initiate and foster a culture of business innovation and technology to support improvement, and manage business resources i.e., finances, buildings, facilities, equipment and materials to sustain current and projected service delivery requirements.
Staff in attendance should preferably be at middle and senior management levels in positions of influence able to provide guidance to employees and lead by example.
Cost per module is EC $100 per person. This will cover the two sessions of the module. All participants are expected to be actively involved. Certificates of Participation will be issued to those attending both sessions.
Interested businesses/ individuals must register their participants to receive information on payment options and the access link to the online session. Registering for this second session, automatically registers you for the first session of this module.
