
CTO BPED Module 7, 2nd Session – Managing and Evaluating Performance

Hospitality Assured Business Advisor with the Caribbean Tourism Organisation, Alice Thomas-Roberts will host the second session of Module 7 of the CTO’s Business and Professional Excellence Development series on 2nd October. from 3:00 p.m – 5: 00 p.m.
These two sessions will include the following sub-topics: Service Profit Chain, Effective Performance Management, Performance Management Techniques, Maximising Value to Customers and Stakeholders, Enhancing CSR and Community Linkages, and Measuring and Monitoring the Bottom Line.
After participating in Module 7, participants will be able to evaluate employee perceptions and performance, assess perceptions and satisfaction of customers and stakeholders with service quality and agreements, identify approaches to monitor compliance with industry standards and alignment with organisational policy and culture, provide feedback, recognition, and appreciation to individuals, teams, suppliers, and partners, and enhance the impact of the organisation’s performance and its Corporate Social Responsibility.
Staff in attendance should preferably be at middle and senior management levels in positions of influence, able to provide guidance to employees and lead by example.
Cost per module is EC $100 per person. This will cover the two sessions of the module. All participants are expected to be actively involved. Certificates of Participation will be issued to those attending both sessions.
