Protocol Caribbean will offer its popular customer experience course titled Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience © on Tuesday 22nd and Tuesday 29th April, 2025. This course will be facilitated by Protocol and Etiquette Training Consultant Alice Thomas-Roberts from 5:00 p.m – 6:30 p.m both evenings.
The course is for anyone who interacts with customers face to face, via the telephone or online. The programme will include: Understanding Today’s Customer, Ways We Communicate with Customers, The Powerful Effect of Body Language, Building Your Emotional Intelligence, Winning Over The Difficult Customer, Working Well With Your Team, Projecting Your Business Image
Attendees must have access to internet to participate, and should seek to arrive online at least 5 minutes before the start.
Attendees will end this course feeling more confident of their communication skills as they work with customers, colleagues and their employers; they will have a better understanding of what motivates customers, and how to build great customer relationships, which result in customer loyalty and referrals.
The cost of this course is US $80 per person. Companies registering three or more employees are entitled to a group discount.
