Protocol Caribbean will offer its popular one day customer service workshop titled Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience © on Wednesday 15th February, 2023. Protocol and Etiquette Training Consultant Alice Thomas-Roberts will facilitate this workshop at Alice Roberts Training Room, Tempe, St George from 9:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m.

This workshop is for anyone who interacts with customers face to face, over the telephone or online. The day’s activities will include mini lectures, group discussions, role plays and other exercises.  Participants will  look at ways to work better with everyone, including difficult customers. They will consider their communication skills, their emotional intelligence, and ways to work  harmoniously with team members. They will also discuss how customers think and how best they could represent their employer’s brand.

Attendees will leave this workshop feeling more confident of their communication skills as they work with customers, colleagues and their employers; they will have a better understanding of what motivates customers, and how they to could build great customer relationships, which result in customer loyalty and referrals.

The cost of attending this workshop is EC $250 per person.
