Alice Thomas-Roberts will host her popular course ‘Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience’©  in March 2026.

‘Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience’©  is an online course consisting of 3 sessions to be held on the following days: Thursday March 5th, Monday March 9th & Thursday 12th March, 2026.  Each online session will start at 5:30 p.m and end at 7:00 p.m.

Sub-topics include: Understanding The Customer’s Perspective, Connecting and Communicating, Building Your Emotional Intelligence, Winning Over the Difficult Customer, Working Well With Your Team, Projecting Your Company’s Image

Who should attend:

  1. Employees who interface with customers in person, over the phone or via the internet
  2. Employees responsible to mentor & motivate new or younger staff
  3. Self-employed people who want to better their customer relationship skills

Expectations

Participants will be expected to actively participate in the online sessions, and to do assignments related to Customer Service and Customer Experience for discussion during the next class.

Participants must attend all three (3) sessions to receive their Certificates of Participation.

Course Fee and Payment Options: 

The course is valued at US $75 per person. However, there is an early bird deadline of 27th February. Individuals paying by 27th February will pay only US$ 65. Companies/ organisations registering 3 or more participants will pay US $60 per staff member.
