Leading From The Middle. A Leadership seminar being hosted in St. George’s by Alice Thomas-Roberts, ‘Bringing Out Your Best Through Training’.
An evening seminar for persons who mentor younger and or newer staff; or have responsibility to communicate the vision of their employer/organisation to those they supervise. At this seminar, Alice will provide information and guidelines to make it easier for participants to lead with confidence.
Seminar subtopics: How Leadership Skills are Acquired, Necessary Skill Sets of a Good Leader, The Unique Role of a Middle Manager or Supervisor, Communication & Influencing Skills, Team Building & Motivation, Adopting the Vision and Mission of Your Employer/ Organisation, and more.
