Ethics and Workplace Responsibility: a half day workshop to be facilitated by Alice Thomas-Roberts who has years of experience as a Senior Public Officer, a Middle Manager and Manager in the Private Sector.
Unethical behavior in the workplace, have led to personal and public crises, functional distractions, financial liabilities and sometimes, a total collapse of businesses.
Alice will lead participants in discussing workplace conduct and decision making, challenges and morals, integrity and personal and organizational consequences, among other related issues.
As a motivator, she will speak from the heart on honesty, accountability, values and client expectations, using real life stories to inspire participants to be their very best.
‘Ethics and Workplace Responsibility’ will remind participants of their personal responsibility to be accountable and to set high standards which would help them and their organizations to attract and maintain exceptional clients.

Cost: EC $230 per person
Participants will be expected to be involved in discussion groups and exercises and will receive a Certificate of Participation at the end.
