The Amazing Customer Experience is a one day workshop to be facilitated by Alice Thomas-Roberts, a Training and Development Consultant who has years of experience as a Senior Public Officer, a Middle Manager and Manager in the Private Sector. https://protocolcaribbean.com/workshops/
By the end of this workshop, participants will understand the need to see the service they provide from the customer’s perspective, how to communicate appropriately and effectively with both external and internal customers, how to turn difficult customers into loyal patrons, and among other things, how to project a positive image of their employer whether on or off their jobs. https://traineralice.wordpress.com/
