One Day Workshop – Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience ©

Once again, Protocol Caribbean will offer its one day customer service workshop Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience ©. Workshop Facilitator Alice Thomas Roberts will host this workshop on Thursday 15th September, 2022 at Alice Roberts Training Room, Tempe, St George from 9:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m.
This workshop is for anyone who interacts with customers face to face, via the telephone or online. The day’s activities will include mini lectures, group discussions, role plays and other exercises. Participants will look at ways to work better with all, especially difficult customers. They will consider their communication skills, their emotional intelligence, and ways to work harmoniously with team members. They will also discuss how customers think and how best they could represent their employer’s brand.
Customer Service Reps will leave this workshop having a better understanding of what motivates customers, how to keep them satisfied and coming back, and will feel more confident of their communication skills as they work with customers, colleagues and employers.
