Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience – A One Day Workshop

Alice Thomas-Roberts will host a one day in-person workshop titled Delivering the Amazing Customer Experience on Wednesday 15th June, 2022.

This workshop is for anyone who interacts with customers face to face, via the telephone or online. The day’s activities will have participants studying how customers think, working on their communication skills, considering their emotional intelligence, looking at ways to work better with difficult customers, ways to ensure harmonious relations with team members, and how best they could represent their employer’s brand.

Customer Service Reps will leave this workshop having a better understanding of what motivates customers, how to keep them satisfied and coming back, and will feel more confident of their communication skills as they work with customers, colleagues and employers.
