Protocol Caribbean will once again host its inspiring online seminar titled ‘Leading From the Middle © on Thursday 27th April, 2023 from 5:00 –7:00 p.m, Atlantic Standard Time. This seminar will be hosted by Alice Thomas-Roberts, Protocol and Etiquette Training Consultant.                                                     

Leading From the Middle © is best suited for Supervisors, Middle Managers and other senior personnel who mentor junior and or newer staff, and are responsible to communicate the vision of their Employer to those they supervise.  Attendees will finish this seminar understanding the skills needed to be a good leader, knowing how to inspire and motivate their team members toward the objectives of their department/ company; and moreover, feeling more confident about their roles and responsibilities.
