Protocol Caribbean will host an online workshop titled ‘Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience’ © in 2 evening sessions: Monday 29th March and Wednesday 31st March, from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m, Atlantic Standard Time (Eastern Caribbean Time). This workshop will be hosted Via the Zoom Platform, by Alice Thomas-Roberts, Protocol and Etiquette Training Consultant and Author.                                                     

Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience is suitable for everyone, in particular those who interact with customers in person, over the phone or via the internet. Attendees will receive a fresh perspective on how to impress customers and prospective customers and how to work with difficult customers and colleagues.

The programme starts on Monday 29th March and concludes on Wednesday 31st March, 2021. Time 5:00 p.m – 6:30 p.m both evenings.
