Session 2 – Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience

Protocol Caribbean will host the 2nd session of the online workshop titled ‘Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience’ © on Wednesday 31st March, from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m, Atlantic Standard Time (Eastern Caribbean Time). Attending the 1st session on Monday 29th March is a requirement for attendance at this session.

The workshop is being hosted Via the Zoom Platform, by Alice Thomas-Roberts, Protocol and Etiquette Training Consultant and Author.                                                     

Delivering The Amazing Customer Experience is suitable for everyone, in particular those who interact with customers in person, over the phone or via the internet. Attendees will receive a fresh perspective on how to impress customers and prospective customers and how to work with difficult customers and colleagues.
