Protocol for Organizers of Ceremonies and Other Functions

This one day workshop will be facilitated by Alice Thomas-Roberts who has years of experience as Chief of Protocol and Senior Foreign Service Officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as Executive Director at the Grenada Hotel and Tourism Association.
Protocol for Organizers of Ceremonies and Other Functions is a practical workshop for persons who organize functions such as ceremonies, services, and other seated events.
By the end of this workshop, participants will understand protocol applicable to events, general and VIP courtesies, how and when titles and honours should be used, the role of the usher, what to include in formal invitations and how to use precedence to prepare seating plans and salutations. Participants will also get the opportunity to participate in relevant roleplays and exercises.
This excitingly practical workshop, will be held in St. George’s.
