I love these books “Etiquette in communication” and “Basic diplomacy and VIP Courtesies”. They are easy to understand and well written books. One of the things i love about them, is that the writer shares a lot of the real life experiences in those books, so it not just “theory” she is writing down but most of it is followed with a situation she has experienced. It is written very easy to understand, no set of “big words”. If you are living in the Caribbean, and you are involved in church activities, governmental, formal functions of whatever organisation, trust me ! get these books, your protocol service will be on point. Also in a time era where formal etiquette is dying (fading away), these books are a refreshment of how it use to be.
