The Amazing Customer Experience is a one day workshop for all employees to be hosted by Alice Thomas-Roberts, a Training and Development Consultant who has years of experience as a Senior Public Officer, a Middle Manager and Manager in the Private Sector.https://protocolcaribbean.com/workshops/
