An Evening Seminar to be hosted in St. George’s by Alice Thomas-Roberts, Personal and Professional Trainer, Facilitator and Coach.
Customer Service Essentials is relevant for all employees, whether they interact directly or indirectly with the external customer. The seminar will also highlight how people working together must relate as internal customers.

Participants will leave this seminar understanding the need to Impress the Customer, Understanding the Power of Today’s Customer, how to Recognise and Handle Challenges to Delivering Exceptional Service, understanding the need to make efforts to Win Over the Difficult Customer, to Manage their Own Emotions, and to Work Together to Provide Exceptional Service.
